Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, launches, or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
International Shipping
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Cilesto is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Cilesto is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@cilesto.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
